Family Wildlife Day at the Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory.
See what they get up to, what they have to offer and to share the wildlife that they look after at the Observatory.
Children accompanied by adults are welcome to come and see some wildlife up close through pond dipping, minibeast hunts, bird watching and much, much more. There will be opportunities to see birds being ringed and explore the moths trapped in the moth traps the night before.
In addition, there will be walks to their reserves including Restharrow Scrape and the Jubilee and Dragonfly Pond Fields.
In Focus will be based at the Observatory with binoculars and telescopes to try.
There will be a selection of refreshments on offer.
