A sensory walk and craft session within the beautiful Goodnestone Park Gardens and Bodgers Camp.

These sessions are slow passed, gentle short walks around the gardens and crafts within in Bodgers Camp. The mindfulness crafts may include making nettle cordage, charcoal pencils, leaf and flower prints, whittling or making mallow balm. No experience necessary and all equipment provided.

You will come away feeling engaged, refreshed and inspired.

A sensory walk may assist individuals to:
