USA DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Timex uses UPS and UPS Mail Innovations to handle the domestic shipping of Timex.com orders. APO/FPO/DPO orders can be shipped via Standard Shipping, Ground Shipping, 2-day Shipping, and Overnight Shipping. MyTimex/Fan Shop orders CANNOT be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
STANDARD SHIPPING - Free
Standard shipping method typically takes 7 to 10 business days. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed on Mondays. Holiday orders are processed the next business day. Hawaii and Alaska orders can take up to 40 days.
Purchase 2 straps and receive free Standard shipping. 1 strap purchase will pay $4.95 in shipping charges.
GROUND SHIPPING - $6.95
This shipping method typically takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver. Orders must be placed weekdays before 11:00am EST to ship that day. Orders received after 11:00am EST will ship out the following business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available at this time. Weekend orders will be shipped out on Monday. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes. Free Ground Shipping is available on orders of $150 or more.
MYTIMEX/FAN SHOP SHIPPING - $11.95
Customized and/or Fan Shop watch orders (NFL, MLB, NHL, and Collegiate) can take 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
2 DAY SHIPPING - $14.95
UPS Second Day shipping is available for $14.95. Orders must be placed weekdays before 11:00am EST to ship that day. Orders received after 11:00am EST will ship out the following business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available at this time. Weekend orders will be shipped out on Monday. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
Overnight SHIPPING - $24.95
UPS Next Day Air shipping is available for $24.95. Orders must be placed weekdays before 11am EST to ship that day. Orders received after 11:00am EST will ship out the following business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available at this time. Weekend orders will be shipped out on Monday. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
TRACKING SHIPMENTS
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code beginning in "1Z" or "92." You can also find the tracking code by accessing your order history in My Account.
