Championship week is here and White Cliffs Country is delighted to welcome The Open, the world’s oldest golf tournament, for the 18th time, with Royal St George’s Golf Club in Sandwich playing proud host to The 149th Open.
Following confirmation that up to 32,000 fans will be welcomed on each Championship day - in the next phase of the Government’s Events Research Programme – visitors to White Cliffs Country can enjoy a week of special events and unique experiences taking place across Sandwich, Deal and Dover, in celebration of The Open championship.
