The Blazing Donkey is tucked away quietly in the Kent countryside and only a short distance from the ancient Cinque Port town of Sandwich.

Our Main House creates a genuine home-from-home where you can come, stay and enjoy great food and drink. Rooms enjoy views across the Blazing Donkey gardens. Bathrooms are very spacious, and all the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality.

Our Stable Rooms are all ground floor and feature private parking. This leaves the shortest of walks with you and your luggage. All double/twin deluxe rooms have ensuite baths and integral power showers. There are family and fully wheelchair accessible rooms available. All with eye-catching décor and thoughtful home comforts. Every room has a different tastefully designed look.

We also operate as an exclusive wedding venue year-round, with ceremonies in our barn or grounds, and our marquee provides the perfect space for wedding receptions and parties!
