Al's Bakery offers fresh bread and traditional cakes and biscuits such as scones and iced buns.
Chequers Kitchen Cookery School
Set between Deal and Sandwich alongside the Royal Cinque Ports Golf Course, Chequers Kitchen offers a wide range of cookery courses from knife skills to artisan bread-making as well as celebrating food from around the world.
Eat and Mess
Eat and Mess is a micro bakery offering experimental takes on British classics using British flour, local free-range eggs and as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. Some examples of their produce are ‘carrot everything’ cake with almond and rye flour; prune, oat and maple syrup scones; and vegetarian sausage rolls with sweet potato, dhal and cumin. They can be found at the Saturday market in Deal. They also run baking classes.
Jenkins & Son
Jenkins & Son is a 4th generation fishmonger and game supplier who specialise in providing fresh, local, sustainable, line-caught and day-boat fish and seafood. They also source locally farmed and wild game from the British countryside and, where possible, from the Kent countryside around Deal.
Kingsdown Water
Kingsdown Water was established in 1995 in the North Downs at the Kingsdown source. They produce still and sparkling water as well as sparkling pressé flavoured drinks including rhubarb and elderflower. They’re not open to visitors but their bottles can be found in restaurants, local stores (with a local produce section) and hotels.

No Name Shop offers delicious French food from cheeses and charcuterie to fresh baked bread.
Provenance Potatoes Limited
Provenance Potatoes are grown and packaged in Kent. They know exactly who grows every potato they sell, which field they grew in and the seed potatoes they originated from. They oversee the washing, grading, packing and delivery of all the potatoes. They supply a range of retailers and wholesalers (regional and local).
Real Deal Roasters
Real Deal Roasters produce high-quality speciality coffee. They roast the coffee beans in small batches over an open flame using one of their beautifully restored 1940's Italian coffee roasters. They can be found at the Saturday market in Deal.
Solley’s Ice Cream
Solley's Ice Cream produces more than 15 flavours of ice cream, renowned for its rich and creamy texture. They use the milk and cream of Jersey and Guernsey cows situated just one mile away from the farm. The majority of their base ingredients are sourced locally. Located in Ripple near Deal, their Ice Cream Parlour is the perfect place to enjoy the ice cream.
The Lane Bakery
The Lane Bakery freshly bakes cakes, cupcakes and other baked goodies on site. Their goods are made by one of their talented bakers using the finest ingredients. They also offer vegan and gluten-free options.

The Wild Kitchen offers foraging experiences that are the perfect way to get a taste of the wild bounty that White Cliff Country has to offer, while taking in our wonderful coast and countryside.
Dover
Bluebirds Bakehouse
Bluebirds Bakehouse was founded in 2013 and is based out of the founder’s home kitchen. They make celebration, wedding cakes and cupcakes that are baked to order to custom one-off designs.
Breakwater Brewery
Breakwater Brewery along the River Dour in Dover brews modern beer including the award-winning Handpicked Green that is made with 4% wild hops, Cow Juice, Hell fire Corner and Dover Pale Ale.
Crabble Corn Mill
Crabble Corn Mill is a working museum that shows the excellence of Georgian and Victorian engineering at work using the power of water. There are six floors of exhibits and milling machinery that demonstrates the process of turning wheat into flour. The wholemeal flour is available for sale at the mill.
Homestead Beef
Homestead is a small family farm on the North Downs just outside of Dover. Their pedigree Shetland cattle live out on the downs all year and eat fresh grass, red clover, nettles and even blackberries throughout the summer and hay in winter. Homestead raise their cattle slowly, allow the calves to be weaned naturally and keep the cattle in herd groups. The events page on their website lists when it’s possible to pick up some slow-reared beef.
Little Farthingloe Farm
Farthingloe Farm has a traditional farm shop with a butcher and a bakery that sells Kentish gypsy tarts. There’s also a restaurant serving food from a full English breakfast to a roast dinner.
Sladden Farm / Alkham Valley Meats
Sladden Farm is a producer of Dexter beef, Wilthorn lamb and rare-breed pork. Meat can be collected from the farm, along with their bacon, ham and sausages. People should call ahead to avoid disappointment.
The Brewery of Angels & Demons
Located on the edge of White Cliffs Country, The Brewery of Angels and Demons creates handcrafted beer by combining the latest brewing technology with traditional brewing methods. They use hops and malts from the UK and from across the world to give their ales their distinctive taste. Their beers include 'I Spy Dragon Fly', an extra pale ale with tropical and citrus hits as well as Panama Jazz, a Red IPA. Their beer can be found in local stockists.
The Fudge Man
The Fudge Man is an independent artisan fudge maker blending milk, sugar and butter to make award-winning traditional fudge. The Fudge Man can be found at Dover Castle most weekends – details are on their social media page.

Cullins Yard produces their own ale at the Tir Dha Ghlas brewery. They have two main brews –Jimmy’s Riddle and Pigs Ear.

Sandwich
Barnsole Vineyard
Barnsole Vineyard make award-winning English wines. They have a number of different vines that are positioned close to the ground to aid ripening, including Reichensteiner, Rondo, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Precoce and Bacchus, producing white, red and sparkling wine. They run tours and tastings where visitors can learn about the history of wine from its arrival in England from the Romans to modern trends. Wine is available to purchase directly from the winery door.

Chandler and Dunn are ethical, family farmers in Kent that supply national supermarkets, local shops and restaurants. Their meat can also be purchased from Goldstone Butchers shop at Goldstone Farm.
Chantilly's Bakery
Chantilly's Bakery is a family-run bakery that creates affordable artisan breads, pastries and confectionery that are freshly baked daily, using natural and local ingredients. They use a slow, timely fermentation process using natural and organic ingredients which allows for natural preservation and better digestibility. They have a range of breads from pepper tiger bread to a sourdough boule.
Delf Farm Shop
Delf Farm Shop is a traditional English family-run farm shop in Sandwich that is the perfect place to pick up some fresh and seasonal produce. As well as seasonal produce, they also offer homemade food and products.
E.T Wilmshurst & Sons
E.T Wilmshurst and Sons was started in 1931. The Wingham Bakery was purchased in 1951 and today is run by the founder’s grandson. They have a wide range of bread from Huffkins, an East Kent flour bap, to Norfolk crunch. They also have a range of cakes available from doughnuts to gypsy tarts (a Kentish tradition). There is a small tearoom for weary travellers.
Felderland Farm Shop
Felderland's Pick Your Own fruit farm is one of the largest Pick Your Own farms in Kent. They grow a wide range of seasonal produce including strawberries, cherries, plums and pumpkins. They are open between the months of May and October for Pick Your Own visitors. Visitors should check the Fruit Availability page on their website.
Gibson's Farm Shop
Gibson's Farm Shop is a family-run business that was established in 1970. They have a bakery, a butcher and a delicatessen alongside the fresh fruit and veg produce and stock cupboard essentials. There is also a café that uses produce from their own farms and the local area to create their menu.
Little Stour Farm Shop
Little Stour farm shop is in Wingham near Sandwich and offers a huge range of local produce.
Little Stour Orchard
Little Stour Orchard in West Stourmouth grows three popular varieties of English apple (Discovery, Cox and Bramley) that they use to make apple juice, cider and cider vinegar. Their cider is handmade using a 180-year-old oak press and a natural fermentation process. It can take up to a year to create one of their ciders and a further year to create their unpasteurised and unfiltered award-winning vinegar. Their products are stocked in small independent retailers, farm shops, pubs and restaurants such as Chandler & Dunn Ltd and Bear's Well B&B.
No Name Shop
No Name Shop offers delicious French food from cheeses and charcuterie to fresh baked bread. Their main shop in Sandwich also offers take-away sandwiches, hot baguettes and hot drinks.
Reggae Shack
Reggae Shack began their venture in 2017 at a market in Dover with no more than a pot of curried chicken and a wish to share a piece of their culture. Today they offer variety of Jamaican Cuisine frozen meals using traditional recipes and methods that they sell at local markets. They will also be available at The Market Square Kitchen in Dover.
Time and Tide Brewing
Time and Tide Brewery based in Eastry produces beer such as the Spratwaffler Pale Ale, which is an unfiltered, unrefined and vegan friendly beer, and Depth Charge which is a rich, complex stout featuring eight malts. Time and Tide beer can be bought locally, including at Smugglers record shop in Deal. The brewery uses hops grown in and around Deal as part of Deal Hop Farm, a community hop-growing project.
Walmestone Growers Ltd
Walmestone Growers are a Kent premier salad and herb producer growing a wide range of tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, lettuce, peppers, fennel and more. They supply their produce to The Good Shed in Canterbury and L.E.A.F Folkestone. They are a member of the Organic Growers Alliance.
White Mill Farm Shop
White Mill Farm shop was opened in 1997 by the Laslett farming brothers. They ensure that all the products they stock are sourced around White Cliffs Country, including cheeses, honey and apples.
Wingham Country Market
Wingham Country Market is a family-run farm shop and garden centre that offers local produce with a wide range of organic, gluten-free and special diet foods as well as local free-range Chandler and Dunn Meat. They source produce from local farms wherever possible.
