Welcome to the business section of the White Cliffs Country Industry Hub.
One of the ways that White Cliffs Country (Dover District Council) supports Dover District is through the provision of guidance and information to businesses in the local tourism industry.
Within this section find information for businesses and organisations including details on our accommodation charter, useful data and research, as well as handy guides and opportunities. We also produce occasional guidance notes, factsheets and leaflets for you to download and make available any useful information from partner organisations where it is current and relevant.

Tourism Strategy
The district's new Tourism Strategy was launched on 27 May 2021 by Nigel Huddleston MP, Minister for Sport and Tourism, during his visit to White Cliffs Country to mark English Tourism Week. The strategy is a framework for the development of tourism in White Cliffs Country over the next ten years and can be viewed here.

Cambridge Economic Impact Model
The headline results from the industry-respected Cambridge Economic Impact Model, which measures the volume and value of tourism across White Cliffs Country, are now available to share with our industry for 2021.
